After two thrilling weekends and four intense race days, the 2025 RMC Winter Trophy has officially concluded, with the season’s champions crowned and the first RMC Grand Finals Tickets to Bahrain awarded.
Hosted at the Orlando Kart Center (OKC) in Orlando, Florida, the event not only marked the end of a successful winter series but also awarded the first tickets to the highly anticipated RMC Grand Finals in Bahrain later this year.
“It was an outstanding series, and our program continues to grow stronger each year,” said Julieta Fernandez of RTX Karting Group. “As we did in 2024, we’ll evaluate what worked well and where improvements can be made, ensuring the 2026 RMC Winter Trophy is even better.”
The following drivers claimed the prestigious 2025 RMC Winter Trophy titles and earned their spots at the RMC Grand Finals:
Micro MAX:
Zayne Burgess took the 2025 RMC Micro MAX crown after securing three podium finishes, including a victory in round one. He finished 119 points ahead of Dominic Vera, who earned one podium result. Despite Hudson Howard’s two race wins, an early race issue cost him the title, while Murilo Dominguez clinched the win in round three.
Mini MAX:
Enzo Digennaro's consistency paid off, as he claimed the Mini MAX title with victories in races two and four. Despite competition from Arthur Pharoah, James Roots, and Parker Ives, Digennaro’s podium appearances throughout the series allowed him to secure the championship.
Junior MAX:
Davin Roberts took the Junior MAX title without securing a race win, relying on consistency to finish atop the points table. His two podium finishes were enough to edge out Rayan Ghandour, who claimed two victories but ultimately fell 13 points short of the title. Hamish Campbell and Julian Rivera each notched one race win during the series.
Senior MAX:
The Senior MAX category saw fierce competition, with five drivers within just 61 points of the champion, Lewis Goff. Despite not winning any races, Goff’s consistency across the four events allowed him to claim the championship, finishing ahead of Caden McQueen. Ayden Ingratta, with two wins, ended up third, followed by Diego Ramos and Timothy Pernod.
Masters MAX:
Rubens Barrichello secured his second consecutive Masters MAX title, maintaining a consistent presence at the front with two race wins and three podium finishes. He claimed the championship by 20 points over Mundy Loyer, who earned vice-champion honors with four podiums. Daniel Costa rounded out the top three.
MAX DD2:
Matthew Taskinen clinched the DD2 MAX title with two race wins, including a dramatic comeback in rounds three and four. Despite missing the podium in the first two rounds, Taskinen’s consistency secured the championship. Lucas Pernod and Gianluca Savaglio finished second and third in the series.
MAX DD2 Masters:
Tyler Givogue was dominant in DD2 Masters MAX, winning all four races in the series. With four pole positions and four main event victories, he scored the maximum points possible. Martin Janson claimed second with four runner-up finishes, while Sebastian Choquette took third.
With the 2025 RMC Winter Trophy now in the books, the focus shifts to the growing regional programs across the country, while the champions set their sights on the RMC Grand Finals in Bahrain this December.
