We celebrate the Champions of the RMCGF 2021The 21st edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals took place at the Bahrain International Karting Circuit in Sakhir in the Kingdom of Bahrain from December 11th to 18th, 2021. After a long wait since the last RMCGF in Sarno, Italy, BRP-Rotax had several premieres, which excited not only the drivers but also all the participants and followers of the Live Stream.

Euro Golden Trophy - An exciting Rotax one-off event in BelgiumIt was an eventful weekend in Genk, Belgium, with more than 200 drivers. From November 05 to 07, the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Golden Trophy was all about winning for competitors from all over Europe at the ‘Home of Champions’. On the demanding track, the special one-off event resulted in a total of six class winners and at the same time, awarded the last tickets for the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals in Bahrain. All of the races on the 1,360-meter-long circuit were equally as exciting.
Several light rain showers and cool temperatures challenged the drivers and their equipment across the course of the weekend, keeping the contest very interesting and the technicians even busier. With both qualifying and heat races run under lights at Karting Genk, it added to the atmosphere of the event.

Full house at the RMC Euro Golden Trophy Premiere in GenkFrom November 5th to 7th it will be busy in Genk, Belgium. The Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Golden Trophy will be held at the Home of Champions and is looking forward to a very exciting weekend. Drivers from all over Europe have submitted their entries to the single event and are fighting for the last tickets for the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals in Bahrain in mid-December.

BRP-Rotax will crown the first ever E-Kart Champion of the RMCGF in BahrainThis year’s Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals will crown the first ever E-Kart champion in the history of this prestigious racing event. 18 drivers from all over the world will have the chance to compete for the E-Kart title at the 21st RMC Grand Finals in Bahrain which will take place from December 11th to 18th, 2021 at the Bahrain International Karting Circuit in Sakhir.

2022 US Trophy East Series ScheduleThe 2022 calendar year will mark the continuation of the Rotax Trophy East series as the successful 2021 campaign will give way to an equally exciting year ahead for Rotax racing. With a few minor changes to the program the critical features will remain the same for the 2022 season, thus focusing on building the program through consistency and equitable competition.

Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy crowns 2021 ChampionsThe Prokart Raceland in Wackersdorf (Germany) was the venue for the big season finale of the 2021 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy from September 3rd to 5th, 2021. After stops at Genk (BEL), Adria (ITA) and Mülsen (GER), the European RMC elite fought for the last championship points of the year in the region of Bavaria. More than 100 drivers in the categories of Junior MAX, Senior, MAX, Rotax DD2, DD2 Masters as well as the Rotax Project E20 Tour, which was part of the supporting program, attended the event. Racing conditions could not have been better as weather it made for a sunny and hot weekend.

Rotax expands its distribution network.BRP-Rotax is excited to announce that the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) has been nominated as authorized distributor for the Kingdom of Bahrain with immediate effect. BIC has already been a long-time promoter of Rotax Karting products and the Rotax MAX Challenge as a successful Rotax Service Center under the governance of Al Ain Raceway, the authorized Rotax distributor for the region so far.

First decisions in the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro TrophyFrom July 16th to 18th, 2021, the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy made its debut in the Arena E at Mülsen (GER). For the first time, the European RMC elite visited the 1,315 metre-long circuit in Eastern Germany, where the third and penultimate round of the season heralded the crucial phase of the series. The weather was mixed; after sunshine on Friday, the heats took place in rainy weather before the final day was dry again.

Adjusted Date for the RMCGF 2021 BahrainBRP-Rotax announced that the actual still impacting COVID-19 situation, which provoked a later start of the racing season, demands an organizational optimization of the RMCGF event. This leads to a shift of the announced RMCGF date by one week to December 11th – 18th, 2021.
