ROTAX E20 GETS FIRST E-KART CIK-FIA APPROVALBRP-Rotax is thrilled to announce that CIK-FIA Approval has been confirmed for the Rotax E20 electric powertrain. This makes the new generation power unit the first ever E-Kart to be awarded this level of certification in karting. Adding to this ground-breaking news, the Rotax E20 championship at the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy becomes the first CIK-FIA Approved International Series for Electrically Powered Karts worldwide in 2024.

Swedish E-Kart Championship joins Porsche Carrera Cup Program at the historical Kanonloppet RaceThe second edition of the Swedish Championship for the Rotax E20 E-Kart will take place at the new Gellerasen Arena karting track at Karlskoga, incorporated into Sweden’s oldest motor racing circuit, on August 15-17. Two Rotax E20 classes will be clsoely contested at the historical ‘Kanonloppet’ (Canon Race), which was first run almost 75 years ago, together with the Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia and an extensive motorsport program with an estimated 10,000 spectators attending. There are RMC Grand Finals 2024 tickets, trophies, prizemoney plus a Porsche watch to be won!

GENK CROWNS THE FIRST WINNERS OF THE SEASONThe Home of Champions set the stage for the first round of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy. With 5 categories in competition, 239 drivers vied for the three podium spots and, in the case of Mini MAX, which contested the Belgian Cup by Mini MAX, also the ticket to participate in the 2024 Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals scheduled for late October at the Circuito Internazionale Napoli.
Zdenek Babicek (TEPZ Racing), Jacob Ashcroft (Dan Holland Racing), Vic Stevens (Bouvin Power), Enzo Bol (SP Motorsport), and Nicolas Picot (Privateer) are the winners.

CELEBRATING A MILESTONE: 25 YEARS OF THE RMC GRAND FINALS IN SARNO, ITALYBRP-Rotax will celebrate a quarter of a century since the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals began back in 2000 when it returns for the third time to Circuito Internazionale di Napoli in Sarno, Italy from October 19-26. With close to 400 qualified drivers and their many supporters coming together from in excess of 60 nations to contest the most RMC Grand Finals titles yet at the season headline event, the excitement is already building.

RMCIT back in LeMans from July, 16-24, 2024BRP-Rotax and 3MK Events proudly announce the date for the annual RMC International Trophy, scheduled for July 16th to 20th, 2024 near the French city of Le Mans. Following the resounding success of the RMCIT since it initially began back in 2019, attracting around 300 entries from at least 40 nations for a sensational week of racing, this year’s event promises to be even more extraordinary. All six champions will be awarded their RMC Grand Finals 2024 ticket to compete at the prestigious end of season showdown in Sarno, Italy in October.
